Bray Cured x Wine Tasting
As we begin a string of evenings exploring all things charcuterie we begin with Bray Cured. Our friends over in Bray, Maidenhead produce the best cold cuts we have found, this is why they make up the majority of our sharing boards in the evening. We will be joined by the team for a showcase and intro into the mighty set up they have built. We then pair a selection of wines to each cut as we navigate and understand how to match a wine to food profiles. Be sure to arrive hungry for this one.
